Axivivo ("we", "our", or "us") is the data controller responsible for your personal data (registered in England & Wales).   • Usage Data — IP address and browser information collected automatically when you visit.
  • Google reCAPTCHA — IP address and interaction data collected when you submit our contact form, to prevent spam and abuse. Processed by Google LLC.
  • Google Fonts — Your IP address is transmitted to Google's servers when the site loads fonts. No personal data is stored by us.

3. How We Use Your Information

  • Respond to your contact form enquiries — Legitimate interest
  • Provide form security via Google reCAPTCHA — Legitimate interest
  • Load website fonts via Google Fonts — Legitimate interest
  • Comply with applicable UK/EU regulations — Legal obligation
  • Protect against fraudulent activity — Legitimate interest

We do not use automated decision-making or profiling. We do not currently use analytics tracking.

4. Data Sharing & Disclosure

We do not sell your personal data. We may share information only with service providers (bound by confidentiality), when required by law, or in connection with a business transfer.

  • Contact form enquiries (received by email): 2 years from last contact
  • Legal and compliance records: 6 years (UK law)

After the applicable period, data is securely deleted.

We implement appropriate technical and organisational measures. No internet transmission is 100% secure.

8. Google Services

We use the following Google services:

  • Google reCAPTCHA — Protects our contact form from spam. Collects IP address and interaction data. See Google's Privacy Policy.
  • Google Fonts — Loads typography from Google's CDN. Your IP address is transmitted to Google's servers on page load.

9. International Data Transfers

Our use of Google reCAPTCHA and Google Fonts involves transferring data to Google LLC (United States). Google LLC participates in the EU-US Data Privacy Framework and provides Standard Contractual Clauses (SCCs) under UK GDPR Article 46. Review Google's privacy practices at policies.google.com.
